ScMc x SRISUKHO October 2026 Monthly Meeting: Fostering Knowledge Sharing and Staff Development

On 21 October 2026, the ScMc x SRISUKHO team gathered at Silom Soi 9 for its October monthly meeting. The session focused on shared learning, team coordination, and continuous staff development through three key areas:
1. Knowledge Management (KM)
Team members shared knowledge and creative stories, encouraging confident self-expression, openness to different perspectives, and learning from one another’s experiences.
2. Departmental Alignment
Departmental breakout sessions focused on reviewing progress and planning work together in line with organizational goals.
3. Future Growth & Training
Organizational goals and the training schedule were announced, with an emphasis on developing professional presence, strengthening competencies, and building staff capabilities over the long term.
The meeting reflected ScMc x SRISUKHO’s commitment to fostering a culture of learning and supporting its people as they grow alongside the organization.
