Elevating Our Team for Excellence
On July 29, 2026, ScMc Clinic hosted a special evening meeting dedicated to the continuous growth and development of our personnel. We strongly believe that providing the highest level of care begins with an empowered and highly qualified team.
The evening was filled with productive discussions, learning, and strategic planning, focusing on several key areas:
Medical Knowledge Update (HPV9 Vaccine): We deepened our team’s expertise on the 9-valent HPV vaccine (HPV9) to ensure our staff can provide the most accurate, up-to-date advice and care to our clients.
Knowledge Management (KM) & Lesson Learned: We created a collaborative space for our staff to share their working experiences. By reviewing past lessons learned, we aim to continuously improve our operational processes and teamwork.
Soft Skills Empowerment: Beyond professional expertise, we emphasized the importance of soft skills. Equipping our staff with these essential interpersonal skills helps them thrive not only in their workplace interactions but also in their personal lives.
Gearing Up for the Second Half of the Year: The team came together to align our goals, strategize, and prepare for the upcoming tasks and projects for the remainder of the year.
