ScMc Clinic

Atmosphere of the Monthly Meeting of ScMc Thailand on November 11, 2025

At the Ritz Carlton Hotel, One Bangkok

With the concept from Dr. Gla Chanesd Srisukho, we invited Dr. Gain Niratorn Srisukho, an obstetrician-gynecologist, also mid to high-level executive from the Ministry of Public Health as the guest. Together with a team of pharmacist from SriSukho Hospital, nurse from a major hospital, and a working group of more than 30 people, we gathered for our monthly meeting at The Ritz Carlton, One Bangkok.

The meeting aimed to oversee and improve work processes to maximize benefits for patients and service recipients while embodying a service-minded spirit and learning from various lessons together.

During this meeting, Dr. Gla provided everyone the opportunity to exchange knowledge, involving both new and old team members from Phichit and Bangkok, allowing everyone to speak up and express themselves. This led to a shared goal of elevating the clinic to become a larger organization.

There are plans for mutual exchange programs and developing a broader network.

Dr. Gla mentioned during the meeting the timeline for establishing ScMc, aiming for completion in 2026. He emphasized that it must be designed with architecture that meets good service standards, akin to that of Ritz Carlton or even better.

In the next five years, our team may expand to 50-100 members.

In the upcoming months, we have planned meetings at Capella Bangkok, Four Seasons, and Mandarin Oriental hotels. Previously, we held meetings at top hotels in Bangkok, such as AMAN Park Nai Lert, Kimpton Maa-Lai, Dusit Thani New, Grand Mercure, as well as local venues like Mee Ponsawan and CK Hall.

All these meetings have contributed positively to the organization’s overall image, serving the community, earning their love, providing team members good compensation, and enabling them to develop themselves while considering sustainable work practices.

In this meeting, Cholnicha Muakphan (Mai), Deputy Manager of SKCO, and Chollada Salee (Nam), subhead of the Marketing and Therapist team, lectured on workplace etiquette and cohabitation, along with various suggestions for team improvement.

We focused on group psychotherapy, departmental meetings, and praised the hotel’s food and beverages together.

Additionally, we planned a project to develop future cooperation with major global pharmaceutical companies.
