The Architectural Masterplan of SCMC Silom 9: A Sanctuary of World-Class Medical Hospitality

The second floor of the Silom 9 building has been meticulously transformed into an empire of wellness.

Occupying the entire premier front section of the building, SCMC’s architectural concept seamlessly intertwines the narratives of two historical eras from the Sukhothai period, delivering an unparalleled experience from the very first moment our guests arrive.

S3: The Arrival Hall

Upon exiting the three elevators, guests are welcomed by a 4-meter-wide foyer leading into an L-shaped space spanning approximately 60 square meters. While serving as a common area, SCMC has entirely customized the surrounding walls to create a seamless transition. The side adjoining S2 reflects the architectural language of the South Wing, while the side approaching S1 mirrors the North Wing. This ensures our guests feel the serene and distinguished atmosphere of SCMC the moment the elevator doors open.

S2: South Wing (Si Satchanalai Heritage)

Turning right down the corridor leads to the 186-square-meter S2 zone, constructed by ARTRA. This wing is a tribute to “Si Satchanalai” architecture, featuring traditional thatch-inspired elements combined with the honest beauty of brick, wood, and marble. Drawing inspiration from timeless luxury properties like Nai Lert Park, AMAN Nai Lert, The Ritz-Carlton, and Dusit Thani, the interior boasts a curved reception area, an exclusive VIP lounge, and private Vitamin Drip suites.

S1: North Wing (Sukhothai Elegance Meets New York Luxury)

At the end of the hallway lies the grand entrance to S1. As our largest zone spanning 352 square meters, it has been fully operational since March 17, 2026. The architectural theme is a sophisticated fusion of “Sukhothai” artistry and “New York” Waldorf Astoria-level luxury. It is adorned with Ruyi and Suwannaphruek motifs and entirely paved with imported New Marfil ivory marble from Turkey.

This wing proudly houses “The Amporn Chamber,” a memorial hall dedicated to Grandma Amporn Tancharoen—a master tailor who raised our founder and instilled the clinic’s core philosophy: “Tailoring the absolute best fit for each individual.”

S4: Future Expansion

An additional 100-square-meter space adjacent to the boundary of S2 is currently in the contractor-selection phase. Once finalized, renovations are slated to begin in early 2027. This expansion will seamlessly connect all our zones, bringing the total footprint of SCMC to a contiguous space of nearly 700 square meters.

SCMC is deeply committed to establishing a steadfast, long-term presence at Silom 9. With a dedicated team of over one hundred professionals, we are equipped with world-class safety and operational systems, ensuring that our patients receive an internationally recognized standard of care and absolute peace of mind.
